Prior authorization required for all returns.

Merchandise credit will be issued if item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt. Food items are not returnable. If the item(s) arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. If you need to speak to someone, please call our store during business hours at (920) 868-4300 or (877) 868-4300. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
