E.H. (Ed) Klink graduated from the United States Military Academy  at West Point, did two tours of duty in Vietnam, earned an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and then spent several decades becoming a successful entepreneur.  He retired and took a drawing class and the rest is history.  His work is described as minimalist and contemporary realism.  His most well known works are landscapes that include trees that stand clustered on the horizon like the one we have featured.  This painting is one of his last  from 2008.
